Jesse is an AI receptionist for contractors and trade businesses, run by Left Join Studio Inc. This page says what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your mobile number, when you ask us to text you a setup link, or when you give it to us during setup so your receptionist knows it's you. We also keep the trade you picked if you picked one.
• Your email address, when you start a free month on the demo page, even if you don't finish setting up.
• Calls with the demo. When you call the demo line or talk to it on this site, software transcribes the conversation, and we keep the transcript, a summary, and the number you called from.
• Your account. If you set up a free month, we keep your email address, your business's details, and the phone number we assign you.
• Calls to your Jesse number. We keep transcripts and summaries of those calls so we can send them to you.

What we do with it

We use it to text you the link you asked for, email you the code you asked for, run your receptionist, email you call summaries, and get in touch about your account.

Text messaging

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging consent and opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates. Details on the texts themselves are in the SMS terms.

Who else handles it

Companies that run the service for us handle this data on our behalf and only to provide it: Twilio carries the calls and texts, and Cloudflare hosts the service, runs the speech and language models, and runs the check on the demo page that keeps bots from signing up. Cloudflare also tells us roughly where you're signing up from, so we can give you a number with a local area code.

Keeping and deleting

We keep this information while your account is open or while it's useful for following up on a link or code you asked for. Email us and we'll delete yours.
