Keep your number after the free month
Subscribe, and your number keeps answering after the free month.
- Sign in. Under Your number, press Keep this number after the free month (or Subscribe once the month is over).
- Enter your card on Stripe's checkout page. We never see your card number.
Subscribe during the free month and the first charge waits until the month ends, so you lose none of it. The minute cap on the free month comes off right away.
Change your card, see invoices, or cancel
Press Manage billing under Your number. It opens Stripe's page for your subscription.
When you cancel, your line keeps answering until the end of the month you've paid for. After that it stops taking calls, and the number goes back to the phone company. Turn off forwarding before then, or your callers will reach a dead line. The forwarding page has the Turn off code for your phone company.
If you don't subscribe
We email you a week before the free month ends and again the day before. When it ends, your line only picks up to say it isn't taking calls, and soon after, the number goes back to the phone company. We email you when that happens. Your account, your details, and your past calls stay. Email hey@leftjoinstudio.com if you want to start again.
