Add it to your website
Let visitors to your website talk to the same receptionist that answers your phone.
- Sign in, open your receptionist, and pick the Phone and website tab.
- Copy the snippet under the embed heading. It looks like this:
<script src="…/assets/widget.js" async></script> <rumble-agent agent-id="your-business"></rumble-agent> - Paste it into your site where you want the button, or ask whoever runs your website to.
You can change the button's label and accent color on the same tab. Press Save first, then copy the snippet.
Without a website
The same tab has a full-page link you can text or email to anyone. It opens your receptionist in their browser.
Good to know
- A website visitor is never treated as the owner, even when it's you.
- Transfers to your team only happen on phone calls.
